Wonderveld Refund & Return Policy

At Wonderveld, we want you to be happy with your South Africa travel guide. This policy explains how refunds and returns work for both our digital and printed editions.

Digital Editions (Basic, Basic Plus, Premium, Interactive)

Because digital guidebooks are delivered instantly as a downloadable file, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued or accessed.

Exceptions — we will happily replace your file or issue a full refund if:

The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open
You received the wrong edition due to an error on our end
You have not yet accessed or downloaded the file and contact us within 24 hours of purchase

To request a replacement or refund under these circumstances, email us within 7 days of purchase with your order number.

Printed Editions

We want your printed guidebook to arrive in perfect condition.

Returns: You may return an unused, undamaged printed guidebook within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. The book must be in resellable condition (no writing, folded pages, or damage).

Return shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we made an error or the book arrived damaged, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Delivery times: Printed editions ship within 2–7 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipping confirmation, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Bundle Purchases (Digital + Print)

For bundle orders, the digital portion follows the digital policy above (non-refundable once accessed), and the print portion follows the printed edition return policy. Refunds on bundles are calculated proportionally based on which component is being returned.
