Because digital guides are delivered instantly, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase only if the file was faulty, incomplete, or not as described. Email wonderveldza@outlook.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Printed editions
If your printed guide arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. Change-of-mind returns on printed books are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the book is unused and in resellable condition; return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item was faulty.
Bundles
Refund terms follow whichever component (digital or print) the issue relates to.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
